When you request a demo or use our services, we collect contact details you provide (name, business, phone, email) and, for customers, the customer communications our systems process on your behalf in order to deliver the service.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, respond to inquiries, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers' data to market to them.
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service, and customer data is logically separated per account.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@rcautomation.ai.
