The service

RC Automation provides AI-powered lead capture, communication, scheduling, and follow-up automation for home service businesses. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for complying with applicable communication laws (including consent requirements for text and voice outreach), and for reviewing automated communications configured on your behalf.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communication. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RC Automation's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
